Meet Jenny
I’m Jenny Fuller—mom, former teacher, and your steady fitness guide.
After 14 years in education and raising two kids mostly on my own, I found myself burned out and craving more. My first hot yoga class changed everything. From that moment on, I knew I was meant to help women move, heal, and grow stronger.
Over the years, I’ve taught at 14 studios, walked through personal transformation, and opened Karma Fitness Studio in Frisco, Texas. I’ve built a method that combines strength, blood sugar balance, real recovery, and a whole lot of grace.
Now I help women 35 and older ditch burnout and feel amazing again. Stronger. Steadier. More confident in their skin.
You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to keep showing up, steady and strong.
