On Monday through Friday at 8:30 am CST, start your day off right by joining Jenny for a sweaty HIIT workout. Workouts include full-body exercises designed to help you burn calories and more importantly, feel the benefits of moving your body every single day.
Recordings will also be shared post-class, so you can stick with your new habit even on the busiest and most stressful days (which is when you need it most).
Each Sunday, check your inbox for a weekly meal plan. In it, you'll find high-protein, easy-to-make and absolutely delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas and a shopping list for the week.
Then, join Jenny throughout the week for live cooking classes or catch them at your convenience in the members-only group.
Every day, Monday through Friday, Jenny will be hosting a live Bible study. In it, she'll guide members through a process of self-reflection, and provide mindset shifts and actionable steps to build confidence, embrace authenticity, and live a more fulfilling life.
Class times are chosen based on the availability of the group with recordings being posted to the members-only group.
For most women, the toughest part of weight loss is spending hours creating lacklustre food that they can't wait to stop eating. Instead, I'll work with you to create some of my favorite high-protein meals that you can put together in less than 30 minutes.

After creating thousands of workout plans for my students, I like to think I have them down to a science. My plans are designed to not only help you fall back in love with your body but also make you feel so good, you'll look forward to exercising every day.
Best of all, I'll be right there with you to offer tips for improving your form and answer any exercise-related questions you have along the way - no more stumbling through the dark.

The Empower Series is made to fit into even the busiest schedules. But we understand that not everyone can attend daily meetings, which is why we made Stronger at 40. This online course is self-paced, allowing you to move through it at your convenience. It covers many of the same topics as the Empower Series, including habit building, nutrition, exercise, and goal-setting.
